Can I cancel my Pre-Order after placing the order?

Yes, you can cancel it. However, the Down Payment you made will be forfeited and cannot be refunded. To cancel your Pre-Order, whether the item has been released or not, please contact the admin via WhatsApp and include your Order ID.
