Product Returns

Just2Toys will make every effort to ship items to the address you provide when placing an order, within the specified time frame after the order and confirmation are completed. However, Just2Toys cannot guarantee the exact date when the items will arrive after you complete the order and confirmation.

Just2Toys will notify you if it is estimated that the delivery date cannot be met. However, to the extent permitted by law, Just2Toys is not responsible for any loss, liability, cost, damage, or expense arising from shipping delays.

Just2Toys will ship the items according to standard packaging practices. If you require special packaging, please provide this request in the notes section when placing the order.

You are expected to be careful when opening the package to avoid damage, especially when using sharp objects. You can check shipping costs and track the status of your order through tiki.id and jne.co.id.

Return Procedure

You have the right to return items that have been ordered and received without incurring additional charges or service fees, provided you have made payment for the order, under the following conditions:

• The item received does not match the order.
• The item received is damaged or defective.
• The return must be made within a maximum of 7 days from the date of receipt.

Return Process:

• Contact Just2Toys Customer Service, which can be accessed through the section at the bottom of this website, within 7 days of receiving the item. Include the following information: Order ID, Item Name, reason for return, and an attached photo of the item in question.
• Just2Toys Customer Service will contact you for confirmation and provide you with the complete address to return the item.
• Send the item via the nearest shipping service from your location.
• After the return package is received and inspected by the Just2Toys warehouse team, the replacement item will be shipped within a maximum of 7 business days. If the replacement item is unavailable, Just2Toys will refund your payment within a maximum of 7 business days.
• The estimated delivery time for return packages to the Just2Toys warehouse depends on the shipping service used, with the following approximate times: 1-3 business days for deliveries from Surabaya, and 2-6 business days for deliveries from outside Surabaya.
• Eligible return shipping costs will be reimbursed up to a maximum of IDR 30,000.
