1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Use represent a legally binding agreement between you, either personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Just2Toys ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). This agreement manages your access and utilization of the website https://just2toys.com/, including all forms of media, media channels, mobile versions, or other mobile applications related to, linked to, or connected with it (collectively referred to as "the Site"). We are registered in Indonesia with our headquarters at SCOMPTEC BUILDING, Jalan Kayoon No. 24, Embong Kaliasin, Kec. Genteng, Surabaya, East Java 60271. By accessing the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SITE AND MUST IMMEDIATELY DISCONTINUE TO USE IT.

Any additional terms and conditions or other documents that may have been posted on the Site from time to time are firmly updated to this agreement. We reserve the right, our own policies, to change or modify the Terms of Use at any time for any reason. We will notify you about any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on these Terms of Use. Make sure to review the applicable Terms each time you use the Site to stay informed of the current terms. By continuing to use the Site after the updated Terms of Use, you are considered to acknowledge and agree to the changes.

The information provided on the Site is not intended to be distributed or used by individuals or entities in any jurisdiction or country where such distribution or use would violate applicable laws or regulations or require us to obey with registration requirements in such jurisdiction or country. Therefore, anyone who chooses to access the Site from locations outside of Indonesia on their own initiative are solely their own responsibility for obeying local law.

The Site is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. By using the Site, you represent and got warranty that:

7. You will not use the Site for any illegal or unlawful purpose;
8. Your use of the Site will not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide false, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and deny any current or future access or use of the Site (or any part of the Site).

4. User Registration

You may be required to register on the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and are responsible for all activities that occur under your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or modify the username you choose if we, at our sole discretion, determine that the username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise offensive.

5. Products

Our best effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products available on the Site as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that the colors, features, specifications, and details of the products will be completely accurate, reliable, up-to-date, or free from errors. The appearance of products on your electronic device may not fully reflect the actual colors and details of the products. All products are subject to availability, and we cannot guarantee the availability of any product. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time for any reason. Product prices may also change at any time.

6. Purchase and Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

1. Bank Transfer

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate information regarding your purchase and account for all transactions made through the Site. You also agree to promptly update your account and payment information, including your email address, payment method, and payment card expiration date, so we can process your transactions and contact you if there is need to. Sales tax will be added to the purchase price according to our policy. We may change product prices at any time. All payments must be made in Indonesian Rupiah. You agree to pay all fees at the applicable price at the time of purchase and the applicable shipping charges, and authorize us to charge your chosen payment provider for the amount at the time of order. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even if payment has been requested or accepted.

We reserve the right to reject any order placed through the Site. By our policy, we may limit or cancel the quantity purchased per person, per household, or per order. These limits may include orders placed under the same customer account, payment method, and/or orders using the same billing or shipping address. We also have the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.

8. Prohibited Activities

You are prohibited from accessing or using the Site for purposes other than those provided by the Site. The Site should not be used in a commercial context unless specifically endorsed or approved by us.

• Interfere with, disrupt, or impose an undue burden on the Site or the network or services connected to the Site.
• Disrupt, harass, intimidate, or threaten our employees or agents involved in providing any part of the Site to you.
• Attempt to bypass any measures on the Site designed to prevent or restrict access to the Site or any part of the Site.
• Copy or adapt the Site's software, including but not limited to Flash, PHP, HTML, JavaScript, or other codes.
• Except as permitted by applicable law, decompile, disassemble, reverse-engineer, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the software underlying the Site or related to it.
• Use automated systems like spiders, robots, cheat utilities, scrapers, or offline readers to access the Site, or use or launch unauthorized scripts or other software.
• Use purchasing agents or buyers to make purchases on the Site.
• Engage in unauthorized use of the Site, including collecting usernames and/or email addresses for the purpose of sending unsolicited emails, or creating user accounts through automated means or using false information.
• Use the Site as part of efforts to compete with us or for any commercial or revenue-generating business activity.
• Use the Site to advertise or offer goods or services for sale, or sell or transfer your profile.
