Can I cancel my Pre-Order if it’s very late?

You can request a full refund for a Pre-Order item if it's been more than 2 months since the estimated arrival date.
Please note that the release month refers to when the item ships from the factory, not when it arrives in Indonesia.
We can’t offer refunds for certain delays caused by external factors such as force majeure (e.g., natural disasters or shipping delays). If your item is stuck in customs, it’s also outside of our control.
