My Pre-Order item is past the estimated arrival date, but it hasn't arrived yet. What should I do?

We apologize for the delay.  
Manufacturers often predict a release date that they believe is achievable, but sometimes production issues arise. In such cases, they may delay the release rather than deliver a product with lower quality.  
If this happens, we will update the group chat with the latest information. Please note that delays are out of our control.  
If the item has been released in Japan and you’ve been waiting for more than 2 months, the delay may be due to import issues.
